Standard Mandarin Speech & Creative Drama PROGRAMME 2026
Voices of Children (VOC) is a speech and drama programme which familiarises children with Mandarin in a safe, fun and engaging environment. Children will go through theatre performing arts education & training that integrates Confucian philosophy with Western theories, aiding them in their development of linguistic skills, expressive abilities, creativity and various other soft skills.

Class Schedule and Rates


Please note that classes will only commence with a minimum of 4 participants.
If you have a group of 4 or more participants of similar age group and would like to have class at a different timing, please contact us directly via email to make arrangements.

Choosing the Right Class for Your Child

Mandarin Playground 1 (T-Class)
For children age 4-5
- To provide an environment to expose children to Mandarin and explore their physical capabilities through fun games and drama activities.
- There are 9 sessions per term, pegged to the school calendar. Parents are invited to attend the Open House at the end of the semester, joining their children in interactive activities.
Mandarin Playground 2 (E-Class)
For children age 6
- To provide an environment for children to familiarize themselves with Mandarin through games and drama activities, encouraging them to communicate in Mandarin.
- Children will be introduced to Hanyu Pinyin. In addition, the selection of meaningful texts in the form of stories, poems and rhymes will enhance children’s interest and proficiency in the language.
- There are 9 sessions per term, pegged to the school calendar. Parents are invited to attend the Open House at the end of the semester, joining their children in interactive activities.


small small world 1 (l and a class)
2-year programme, for children age 7- 9
Year 1 – L Class
Year 2 – A Class
- To provide an environment for children to familiarize themselves with Mandarin through games and drama activities, encouraging them to communicate in Mandarin.
- Children will get to strengthen their foundation in Hanyu Pinyin. In addition, the selection of meaningful texts in the form of stories, poems and rhymes will enhance children’s literary comprehension skills.
- There are 9 sessions per term, pegged to the school calendar. Parents are invited to attend the Open House – Ding Dong Stage at the end of the semester. The children will be showcasing their creative performances devised during lessons.
small small world 2 (u and A class)
2-year programme, for children age 10-12
Year 1 – U Class
Year 2 – A Class
- To provide an environment for children to familiarize themselves with Mandarin through games and drama activities, encouraging them to communicate in Mandarin.

Speaker’s club (s-class)
Exclusively for students who have completed any 2-year programmes or teens age 13 and above
- To provide an environment for children to familiarize themselves with Mandarin through games and drama activities, encouraging them to communicate in Mandarin.
- Children will be further exposed to a more advanced selection of stories, poems and rhymes, polishing their literary and public speaking skills.
- There are 9 sessions per term, pegged to the school calendar. Parents are invited to attend the Open House – Ding Dong Stage at the end of the semester. The children will be showcasing their creative performances devised during lessons.
